We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations, follow up on appointments, and provide the medical care you have requested. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the contact form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where the information relates to the provision of medical care, we process it under the applicable healthcare and patient-care legal bases under UAE law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with: (a) Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, where required for the provision of your care; (b) third parties such as your insurance provider, only with your explicit consent; (c) authorities, if required to do so by law or regulation.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to six months unless they form part of an active patient record. Patient medical records are retained in accordance with Dubai Health Authority and Mediclinic policies, typically ten years from the last visit.

Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. This website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
